Don't expect any. False hope!

Last year hike was given in Nov which was based on the rating of 2022. It was suppose to be effective from april 2023 but they robbed everyone with 6 months of hike..
Now they say the u just got a hike last year so dont expect anything soon. Even last year they introduced some stupid criteria which made lot of employees ineligible for hikes

I don’t think it will happen this year . Anyways even if it happens it won’t be much.

We already gave salary increment last December... That's the official one 😅
