Trending @Infosys; Salary Increment 1589 rupee after SSE to TA in Infosys.
on My previous someone chomu gives me ME rating l, Now I became TA. I got this October month salary and got only 1589 rupees extra from previous salary. Please put Your Opinion on this and what should I do Now.
Depends on manager bro. I worked like hell and created lot of dependency since lead left past 1 year i am managing as unofficial team lead. For me i got promotion this year in jan as a TA. Package went from 4.16lpa to 6.83 Lpa. With almost 10% as variable pay. Almost 65% increase. But still looking at what efforts and average 13-14hrs i am investing it is still lot less. Hence i have asked for technology lead promotion. And hoping to get it around jan 2026. Package will go from 6.83 to 10 lpa or more
Mate my friend became TL and is on 7.5 now..
They put 4k/month in performance bonus, which we will get quaterly after manger review. We have to switch
From fresher b tech system engineer trainee to TA now total 6 y. I got TA promotion on time. 33750 in hand w/o perf bonus wasy first TA salary. So my opinion, its nothing new from infy, but at the same time with simple logic of inflation they are not increasing salary , they are paying very less, more so if we compare with market.
sse to ta, mostly they put the increment in performance bonus, which is paid quarterly. Not ideal for employee, as the salary is not that much to consider performance bonus.
