I have joined in infosys on August 8th of 2022 with 9LPA didn't got any hike till now. I have asked to my manager about hike as he created toxic environment in the team and his micromanagent made me put down the papers without any offer letter in hand and skilled up myself and started giving interviews got 55% hike salary increment before my relieving date with infosys. last working date is on August 9th where I can try some more interviews for better Hike
I should thank my manager for his micromanagent Which made me resign the job before time and helped to get better Hike
