Joined infosys this year mid march in JL4 as Associate Consultant. When can i expect a hike in compensation, if any. Actually I am not clear about the appraisal process in Infy.

Wait at least 3 years to get a hike(not promotion). Even if you got top bands still it's at least 3< years.
