
Trending @Infosys; Salary Hike
I'm seriously fed up with no annual hikes since the last 2 years. I don't know why nobody questions this and this seems to be very demotivating. I don't know if we will get it this year.
Those eligible to get in April 2023 got in Nov 2023. And those algible for April 2024, will we get it in Nov 2024? Or will they skip it and stick to April 2025?
Anyway it does not matter anymore because You and I know we won't get it.

The Managment simply ignore everything though they are aware of employee's frustration. They want to save our 7 months hike and give it to CEO alone. It's really a cheap game to practice this kind of ethics.

We are in a Software Era where we will get hikes if we switch . Once we put Resignation if there is No negotiations or no Exit interviews then probably we should understand that there is Scope for career growth in current company.
Not giving salary hike and then constantly mailing to fill the Pulse Survey ,HR Partner survey etc to tell them how much you like working in this company without hike.

I have resigned for the same reason .told to hr n manager .they r not even trying to increase or negotiate. Loll

Amcat test is useful to get in Infosys is it possible

To whom shall we ask. Even Manager dosent knows and HR never responds
