As per norm jl6 hike is next due only in July 2026. Since you are a lateral you would have come already a good hike / CTc. So there is. Chance they will put a criteria that will make you ineligible. Like last year

I got to know that now there is a new category called met expectation+, so now thinking about salary hike more then 3-4% is waste of time.

if they release any hike in feb 26 u will surely get it, since u re lead consultant the % will be less 5-8% as u might have had a good ctc already
