Hi ,

I have joined in May 15 ,2023 in Infosys and within 10 days it will be one year hapens.So will there be any role change in my progression ?Can I expect a salary hike for this one year duration ?

You will get an automatic hike once you are confirmed i.e. completion of training period + one year of service

I have joined in 2021 Sept got a commendable rating as well. But no hike till now. As per the discussion with the manager there are 0% chances this year. Now Hoping for a hike in 2025 only.
