Hi all, it's kind of frustrating to work here without any salary hike. I did not get it from almost 2 years. Any idea when we would be getting it ?
bro, Switch is the only way to get hike in near future. I had same salary for 3 yrs. Now I have switched and I am getting 2x in-hand salary. All the dedication and work ethic feels like nothing.. I know it's frustrating but you'll be more frustrated if you don't get out of here.
Most of us are on the same page. It's better to try outside rather than getting frustrated here.
Due to market conditions and organisation performance, there was dip in performance pay and delay in salary hikes. People who have joined after Dec 2021/2022 should be eligible for hike in the next cycle. This is still an assumption and depends on how the organisation performs but if you are able to get a good hike and a good role, please do not ignore that option.
How about those who have joined in Sep 2021

From now onwards 80 percent hikes will be based on IJP only, only 20 percent will be in hand of manager.
I think there is some specific years to be maintained to get hike
3 years still no hike
