Trending @Infosys; Salary hike??
Can i drop a mail to manager for asking the salary hike. As i have been delivering exceptionally good work since my last project and have a rating of commendable. In this project i have closed all my tasks on time. I am a TA with 3 years of experience. Currently i am at 5 lpa. Can i ask for 30%-40% hike. Should i drop a mail directly or how to proceed on it?
Just switch...they will not increase ..i recently resigned got good offer.Even manager told if project DM ASK to stay there with some more increment do not accept.they will not give much.But diffrent company you will get 100-150% hike.
TA also get 7.50 if lateral joinee..so switch
You can ask by keeping both your manager and HR, but they may or may not accept your request. It is completely based on the project and your dependency in the project
You can remove the zero from your post. That they might accept.
Bhai 30 40%? .its not possible in infy .look for change instead .
