Trending @Infosys; Salary Expectation or Switch

For 2.7yrs of experience in current role, Can I get a 60% hike on current salary or switch to other compelling offer with the same hike?

I've been really enjoying my work here at Infosys, and I feel like I'm making valuable contributions.

Honestly I think you can stay a bit more like another year, if you are getting better experience and learning new stuff. This knowledge will compensate your current switching plan. 60% is way too much in current org 😂

I have initiated separation, I have asked my HR manager (no reply yet) to have a discussion on salary adjustment, hopefully I get the favoured demand, any tips?

If you are in infy in 5 months you will get onsite and you would get more than 60%

Sounds good, I wish my manager gives me this in writing!

Don't want to give you false hopes buddy. I recently resigned and I was thinking that I am also making valuable contribution but 20th April is my last working day and my manager have not made any retention offer yet.
Although I am getting 100% hike from other organisation, infy doesn't care to offer any retention at all. I am working with same salary what I was getting as a fresher. No hike no promotion in my unit.. 60% hike is impossible.

It is the same case, I am also working with the same salary what I was getting as a Fresher. Most of the members in my unit are getting promoted onsite, I feel like I am contributing more as compared to them and I am always getting the rating as ‘met as expectation’ !! This is taking a toll on my mental health as I am always in denial mode from getting recognised by peers!

If you have the offer of 60 %you have to switch for sure with out anu second thought..it takes 3 to 4 years to get that here..

60% hike in current situation for your experience won’t be possible. If you go with that demand they won’t be even countering. This hike was possible during COVID when things went crazy and I am aware of folks who got it but they were more on the experienced side and just due for promotion. But ensure you are not going into smaller companies . I am seeing a lot of such cases where folks went with this kind of hike and now are being laid off and wanting to come back to infy. The only reason you can get it is if you are single handedly running an engagement and if you go the rest of the team won’t be able to deliver. But those are rare gems in infy.
