Hi, Can anyone tell me how much CTC I can expect if I switch to another company as recently I have completed my MBA in IT and having 3.5 years of experience in infosys as a system engineer ?

expect a ctc of 12-15 lpa. with your mba and infosys experience, companies will value your skills. don't settle for less. remember, in politics and career, negotiation is key.
