
Trending @Infosys; Salary discrepancy problem
I joined Infosys in Feb 2024. Although my offered package was already on the lower side which is 7.5lpa, after receiving my salary, I noticed it is even lower than the amount mentioned in the offer letter.
Feb -31.7k(18 days) Mar-47.8k(31 days) Apr -46.6k(31 days)
What the heck is this.. for this package other companies will pay 52k-55k, i don't know what to do.. the only thing is to switching other company.
Please suggest in how many months i can switch to next company.
My total IT exp is 5.6 years relevant 3.2 years in java, microservices, azure, kafka.

For ease of calculation,
Always divide your CTC without variable pay by 15 to get your monthly salary!
In your case 7.5lpa - 75k = 6.75
6.75 / 15 = 45k approx
Variable pay / Performance bonus is given as quarterly payout based on your performance
In Feb , May, August, November - You will see more salary as performance pay is included

Bro, that 6250 of performance bonus you will get quarterly. So around 18K per quarter for that. Performance bonus for Jan -Mar quarter You will get in May salary (so you will get 6K for March and corresponding for Feb based on your work days)

Raise IHD under HR section with all the details.

Bro at Infosys 10% of CTC is variable component and also basic salary is high so there'll be more pf deduction compare to other MNCs
