For all Infoscions out there, who have returned from an onsite position after 3-4 yr onsite tenure, and have a very low offshore salary. Does the company takes care of offshore salary Correction?

You were getting a low salary that is why company send you the onsite😄. Salary corrections never happen in any company after return better to switch.

That correction doesn't happen. Many friends I know have joined another company for proper correction
