Trending @Infosys; Salary Correction
I'm a Consultant with CTC around 12.6 LPA and 8.5 YoE, can I ask for a salary correction (not talking about appraisal hike) as per market standards or as per other peers who are earning much more in the same level in Infosys ? If yes, what's the process. Please help me with this.
Only process is talking to manager. But he or she will only consider this if you are great performer and in a critical project and he feels you will quit. So you have to keep pestering them everyb2-3 months to be on top of their minds. Resignation is the only way to get results quicker

Never heard of any official channel or portal in infy system. Aak ur hr n mgr. Again, u can ask, action is not guaranteed, it may also back fire, my advice is to do it with proper plan and hopefully with a leverage.
