My exp at infy, If you get a good team. It's good. Only thing is, after a while, they give you a lot of responsibilities, which will make you feel good and feel that you are being given importance in the beginning. Later, u get a feeling you are underpaid as they won't give any hikes.

Salary = exp * 2 above not bad , so you can think upto 6 year then try to change
