I don’t understand why this wfh exception is needed after 2020. Before 2020 was the world not running .people then had parents too. Am really not understanding this concept . Am in an officr in India and I see title holders coming daily to office . Kindly enlighten me about this work from home as I have not done much work from home in my life and I have aged parents too . They have Heath issue too
