Hi,

Can someone let me know if it is possible to get promoted directly from 4B to 5 ? I have 2 + years of experience on 4B and my manager is not giving me progression to 4A.

Am I directly eligible for JL 5 ? Because HR once told from JL4 to JL5 it requires minimum 2 years.

Direct promotion from 4B to 5 is not typical. Usually, you need to move from 4B to 4A first. Manager's support and meeting specific criteria are crucial.
