Trending @Infosys; Role change without increment
Hi all, I am promoted to role change without salary increment. Test engineer role to Software quality engineer role. I have joined Infosys in 2022 February 14. Till now I am receiving same salary. I should take this as a promotion or just role change?

As far as I know, they have changed test engineer role name to software quality engineer. Just the way they change the IVS unit to IQE. So, no increment.

It's just a change in designation. Nothing else. Everything remains the same. Status quo!

This is not ah promotion, test engineer and Software quality engineer is JL3
