I haven’t asked any suddenly he pinged me on teams and asked to apply for IJP and some other person guided me to update that.

Hi bro, I have been approached by my manager and was asked to apply IJP. He told that he has initiated promotion for me from his end and asked to update in the IJP. I think the manager need to initiate this.
