Trending @Infosys; Role change promotion
Recently I had a conversation with my manager regarding my role change in Infosys from JL3 to JL4. He was saying he already given my name to HR for same still I haven't receive any mail regarding the same. Any idea how much time it will take to officially promote to JL4.

For me the same thing happened they promoted me to jl4 TA but no proper hike. They will give raise at quarterly basis as mentioned in mail. I got promoted 7months later when they have given my name. It's depend on the number of seats preset for jl4 from for the same project account employees.
