My group project manager had sent an email to managers asking them to nominate people for role change.
From jl3 to jl4 there were 5 slots.
My manager had nominated me providing him my current and previous ratings which were outstanding and commendable along with no.of.experience and few points justifying why I deserve it.
It has been more than a month now and in grapevine I saw a person saying he received role change letter, so should I assume that my role change nomination was rejected? Or can I wait for few more months or days.
They are releasing letters unit wise. Lets see wait for some time
Great managers acknowledge efforts ...😂 You should wait for a while ... most of the discussion between high levels managers happen without you in there loop, ..possibly coming quarter promotion can reflect , can recheck with your manger in April end .☺️
