Hi people i am expecting role change from jl 3a to jl 4a ,last 2 years I got outstanding rating. Below are the questions I have :

1.How much hike can I expect when I get role change ? Few others who got met expectation rating last year got hike of around 18 percent . 2.Will role change hike percentage depend on the rating we received in last year ?

Any idea on hike that they will provide ? I have heard it's between 15-20 but i have seen cases where people have got 40 percent hike well

It depends on DQ and overall rating performance, I got 59 percent in July.
