I joined in Infosys with 2.6yrs of experience as Associate Consultant but now I have 4yrs of Experience. How can I change my role from Associate Consultant to any ? Because my client role is Consultant.

The client role has nothing to do with your Infosys designation.

Your current JL is 4 and you will become senior associate consultant first then Consultant.

Minimum 5 years of experience is required for Consultant promotion that too depends on available promotion quota.

How much time it will take for the release of role change letter and how much hike did you get? I got selection mail in April but still waiting for letter.
