Hi All, I dropped a paper in infosys May end and my last working day is Aug end and i had only tcs offer but now tcs is delaying the joining so can I withdraw my paper or not ?
Please advice me good ideas. Thanks in Advance
Your withdrawal completion depends on your manager's approval. If he doesn't approve you will be released in Aug End.
It depends on which level approvers have approved your resignation in the first place. Check in e-sep if your manager i.e. your first level approver has approved your resignation then you will need his/her approval for revoking as well. Same thing if the 2nd approver has approved your resignation. If both of them have not approved your resignation in the first place, then you can revoke it without any explicit approval from anyone be it manager or anyone.
For me HR approved but not my reporting manager.
