Hi all, I plan to join in September, remotely only even if i dont have any assigned project. Will that cause any issue as i cant go to base location. My baby is just few months old.

Check with HR. Policies can vary, but many new mothers work remotely. If you're not on a project, you might not need to go to the office. Confirm with HR.
