Trending @Infosys; Retention/Withdraw E-separation

Hello,

Help me in answering the questions below:

  1. If I withdraw my E-separation in Infosys in the last week, would there be any lock in clause that I will not be able to apply for resignation for a few months?

  2. If there is a chance of retention like 15-20% hike, then in this case will there be a lock in clause? I have heard that in this case, I can't apply for resignation for 6 months. So total 9 months (6 + 3 months N.P)

For point 1, you won’t be able to withdraw your resignation from your side in the system. You need to have a discussion with your manager and if he/she agrees then only it is possible. And if he/she agrees then you won’t be able to resign for the next six months. For point 2, usually Infosys won’t retain people easily, it’s rare but possible. In any case if you are taking your resignation back you won’t be able to resign for the next six months.

Okay, thank you.

Your point no 2 is incorrect. I have taken back my resignation, I can resign again no restriction
