Trending @Infosys; Retention policy

I put the paper in oct and I have been retained by infosys by a 30% hike but my manager is telling me i will get a retention hike letter effective from either 1st Jan or 1st April.

Any idea when I will get it ???

Ideally you get in Apr. But wondering why you opted to retention.

Always remember that do not take your papers back until infosys given written confirmation of such things and the time from which it will be effective
