Hi Everyone,

I have an external offer with 7.2L fixed + 1.5 variable. My Current CTC is 4.2L with 3.4 YOE. I have submitted my resignation. My manager told that he nominated me for the promotion from SSE to TA. I'm expecting for the offer match. Is it possible in infosys.

Even if you got promoted to TA, your ctc won't be what you are getting outside. If your manager says otherwise, he is just lying. Better resign if you have offer.
