You should take confirmation from your hr, unit head, manager, delivery head
Now they are not talking about it. They took my confirmation and now they are silent.
You should continuously follow up by when your compensation will be revised and all..

I don't know you are getting this email from unit head, HR or from your manager...if you are happy with this hike to accept this % you should take it
This is from gpm looping dm in cc. But it’s been 20 days and there is no update after this. I am confused whether they will give the hike or I should look for other opportunities

If sent in email with DM in cc you are good. Just respond to it asking the timeline ensure your hr is also in cc.
