I am so confused whether to stay here or not. I am from Chandigarh and apart from Infosys no other big MNC is here. I have one offer from Accenture and if I accept it I have to move to Gurugram.

But the way these Infosys peope are dealing with employees, I think they have forget that there is a concept of hikes. I am only switching because of the hike.

Everyone can be replaced. They might give 20-30%, in the best case scenario for you

They might give 20% hike. You need to serve 3 months of notice period. I feel everyone can be replaced.
