Trending @Infosys; Retention bonus policy

I am working extra hours here plus it’s getting past 11PM. I talked to my manager about allowances but there’s no such policy for the current client I am working in. However, he seems to be agreeable on any other compensation possibilities. I wanted to know what other methods are there to get compensated.
