I got offer from other company and getting 60% hike. Can Infosys retain me for the same or on hike on 70-80%.

No, not at all, bro. Instead, they will hire someone new and offer them a 100%+ hike but they would not retain you at 70-80% hike
100% hike, quite difficult atleast in infy.
You have the negotiation option now . You can ask for Promotion with onsite option; Promotion to another level : JL5 /JL6 . Which will summed up to 20_40% promotional hike + Onsite .

For me even client wanted to retain. But hr would not go beyond 12%. Nehi dega bhai Infosys.
