Trending @Infosys; Resigning After 2 Months at Infosys: Consequences?

I recently joined Infosys two months ago. I am assigned to a very hectic project where the team works 13-14 hours a day and project is already messed up. What would be the consequences if I resign in two months? I'm joining my old organization as my old PM is ready to hire me.

Why resigning ? Instead get release from that project and stay in bench for a while. U accept the fact that Infy has toxic projects as well, but there are numerous good projects too. It is based of all. No matter which service based company you are, it all depends upon the project and project manager!

You'll get early release within a month. Do it. I was almost at the verge of doing this but didn't. Now my project is almost done so work is chill. But for some, it's still the same grind. They just want to deliver it fast. Quality doesn't matter. They will ask to give your 100% but when it comes to variable pay its never 100%.

Good decision, being in probation will give u early release.

infy work culture is degrading day by day, no hike, no job security, u just have to keep working like slave more than 12 hrs a day

Nothing will happen. Since you are on probation you will get an early release as well.
