  1. After resigning will someone connect with me from HR team to ask why I resigned? And if I say I got better offer then will they ask me to share the offer letter in order to match the offer (I don't want to share the offer letter).
  2. I am on bench and in notice period, I don't want early release, will HR team ask me to take early release since I am on bench. If so, can I tell them I want to serve the notice period.

Most likely they will release you early and you can say that you're planning for higher studies or any other excuse. If by any chance you are planning to negotiate
They will most likely not retain you until and unless they think you are a worthy asset.
And then too they'll not match your current offer maybe like a 10-25%.
