Trending @Infosys; Resignation without any offer inhand

Hi all, due to 90 days of notice period I am not getting any calls from recruiters and if i get they asking to join immediate to 30 days. So i am planning to put the papers without any offer. Please advise, am i doing right?

That's a trap. If you put paper now without offer and when 30 days remaining what if you don't get any calls ?. Even if you get calls what's the guarantee that you will pass?. If you fail then you won't be having enough time to get other interviews. I am not trying to demotivate you but you have to think about worst case scenario in this job market. Market is not in best place now.
So better try to get offer first in any service based again. They will wait 90 days. So when you get offer them put paper and counter offer it with other companies. If you get then it's good that you get more salary in counter offer if not still you would be having one offer in hand. It's a win win situation for you. If you are confident about skills then you can risk resign without offer. But again think about the job market outside. It's very bad. All the best!

Thank you so much for your great advice, I am also thinking about the market, how bad it is now. I will try without resigning until I get one offer. Yaar it is very difficult to get but, will do my best.🙂

Why not lie first? Put ur noticr as 30 days and see if u get calls

U can test it that way no?

I am doing the same now. But in the end I need to tell the truth. Will see if I get anything. I will choose buy out option.

If you are confident enough in your skill set, you can go ahead and resign. If not, try to build a skill set first
