Trending @Infosys; Resignation Query- Urgent

Dear Folks, Could you please help confirming, If the resignation is pending at first stage with HR. Do we need to follow-up for his approval? And further Manager and Reviewer acceptance as well do we need to followup with them?

Follow up with HR for approval if resignation is pending at first stage. no need to follow up with manager and reviewer, their acceptance will come automatically.
