I have initiated my resignation from Infosys. I have filled the e-separation from on 18th June. Currently it's in the validation stage. I have also put formal mail to my current manager. Do I also need to put an email to the HR? How long will it take to get the confirmation?

Wether they approved or not , you have to serve 90 days notice period. If you want early release, you can discuss with HR.

Yes I know I have to serve a 90 day notice period. I am not looking for an early release. I want to know how long it may take to complete the validation stage after initiation?
