Halloo everyone,
So I have decided to resign and have talked to my manager and he has asked me to talk to the HR . But I have been pinging and emailing HR for the past few days with no response. My manager has specifically asked to talk to HR before starting the e-separation process. Since the HR is not responding, should I go ahead and initiate the separation process or Should I wait till the HR responds and have a chat with him.. Please help

What kind of chat he wants you to have ? Just for delaying the process, go ahead and raise esep. Anyways 1 month from esep hr will connect with you for HR validation step.

If you raise E- Separation everybody will come to you. Don't ask anyone just raise it

You don’t even need to inform your manager..

Raise asap .more you delay ..that will increase notice period end date ..

Why you need to talk with HR. They can't do anything. You want to separate your wish so initiate separation immediately. I didn't talked with my manager before applying separation. After a few days of starting the process I mailed and informed.

First initiate E-Separation. All will come to you once your lastday comes soon..

What you to want discuss with HR, just initiate the e-separation and wait they will directly come in contact with you

You don't need to to inform anyone... Once you will initiate the eseparation the interested parties will get notified itself.. You do not need to worry...

For raising ESOP, no need to wait for HR discussion.

You don't need to talk/check with anyone if you want to resign. You can simply initiate the e-separation. Though you can inform your manager as a courtesy.
