Can we resign during pip and if yes can we get experience letter . Or what happens if they terminate after pip. Which is better

You will get an exp letter if you resign during PIP. That is the best option as it is not the case where the company is throwing you out, instead you are leaving by your own choice. This is definitely 10 times better than them terminating you after PIP.
