After initiating e-seperation does manager or HR negotiate with us regarding the salary.or how the process will be after e-seperation

HR has no role here. They will just formally have a call confirm the reason for you quitting and just pass the baton to your manager. Immediate managers will check with you if there is anything that will make you change your mind. They only have few levers in their hand , 10-30% hike, on-site opportunities, promotion etc. but end of day depends on how critical you are in your engagement and what value you bring beyond your project.
That depends on the dependency you have created in that project. if there is no dependency with you then they will not negotiate and just simply let you go. But sometimes HR and managers do negotiation which is normal formality.
what if I just want to change the Project,will they agree ?
As I've seen, they won't negotiable.
