Hi,

Those who have resigned before PIP, has anyone really got the following:

  1. Basic pay of 5 months
  2. Remaining leaves encashment (how much)
  3. PF/Gratuity
  4. Experience letter

Those who have chosen PIP, is there any progress?

I know many. It’s not 5 months basic pay. It’s 5 month fixed pay. Basic pay will be too less. Rest everything you asked you will get. They will not steal from you.

Thanks for confirmation. Does the fixed pay mean the Monthly in hand gross amount?

Also is it leave encashment=Remaining leaves*5 (had read a comment on this from someohe else earlier).
