I am à technical test lead at infy. I have 8 years of experience and my package is 15.5 lpa. I have resigned few days back as there was no hike in past two and half years ( my entire tenure at infy). Had a discussion with my GPM and shared my expectation I.e., 25% hike. Today I have a call with hr lead. I don’t have any offer in hand. Any suggestions or ideas to get the offer with desired hike.
Lie to your GPM that you already have 2-3 good offers with 25-30% hikes. Then they'll definitely listen to your cause. 😁😂
I thought of doing same. But if they ask me to show the offer letter.
No one will ask you to show. You no need to show even if they ask also.
Resigned without an offer in hand? That's like jumping off a plane without a parachute, my friend. "Aukaat" (status) matters in negotiations. What's your next move?
I have few interviews lined up. Spoke to my gpm and let’s see if he comes up with the hike as promised
