I joined Infosys as a MT and I have resigned after serving for 2 years. While resignation, I got a prompt that I will not be considered for further vacancies since I’m leaving the organisation before completing my 4 years. Is this thing taken seriously once I try to get back into Infosys after good years of experience?
Actually it not true, it depends on the requirements too. I have one person in my team who left Infy within 2 years and he joined back after serving other MNC for 3 years. It just that if you came back to Infy within 2 years Infy will ask you to join on same CTC and same designation.
I didn’t get this prompt. I put resignation few weeks back and here only for 1 year and 8mo only. What I knew you wouldn’t be able to apply later if you go in 1 year.
