I would like to discuss my current work status and seek your guidance on how I can better contribute to the team.
Since joining Infosys as a lateral hire, I have been on bench for the past six months without any project assignment or communication regarding upcoming opportunities. While I continue to report to work daily, I feel my skills and time are currently underutilized.
Additionally, I noticed goals have been auto-assigned in the iCount system for the appraisal cycle (Oct 2024 – Sep 2025), but I haven’t received any clarity on expectations.
I am eager to contribute meaningfully and would appreciate any direction or opportunity to engage in project work.

Connect with TPD for opportunity, or else check for accelerate tasks or learn new stacks in ideal time like join local institute and once completed 1 year within infy you can apply for IJP ( at least 1 rating & 1 year infy experience)
Within infy mangers don’t reply unless you go to 2/3 levels 😂 so to avoid more panic situation follow above rule you will be more happy 😇😌
