I have recently got an offer from a different company but they are asking to join in one month. I'm currently on bench and haven't resigned yet. Should I ask for early release after resigning or before resigning because if they did not agree to release me then I won't be able to join the other company. Need some guidance here.

Speak with your manager. One of my colleagues got relieved in a day when he was on bench.

If you are on bench then inform your manager that you want to resign and want early release. You are already on bench so it shouldn't be a problem
