What If I don't work properly in a project which I don't like. Will they release me and what are consequences from infosys side? Will they put me in pip or bench?

They can rate you bad. Not good place to be at the bottom this year. Could have terminations

Hi, what happens if I get two NI ratings back to back. I already had 1 NI in last cycle under different project and under went a PIP but cleared it. However, I fear my manager might give another NI this year due to some new policy changes in which managers are intentionally giving NI (so I heard). Can you help me?
