Trending @Infosys; Release from Project
Hello Everyone, I had discussion with my manager where he is not happy with my work so I asked to get me released from the Project.He then asked me to report from office and take the task seriously and he can not release me.Furthermore of there will be deterioration in Work there will be serious consequence. My rating was Met expectation in last cycle.Do you know what worst any manager can do?
You should ask what things you can do to improve your work and what you are lagging.it might be case you are doing well in some of the use cases. Show him your capabilities and when you get chance move.
Thanks for the response but I am not happy to work in this project now where even after putting efforts I got this feedback.So wanted to get release hence asked the same from him.
