Is there any specific time duration after that we can ask for release from the project as now doing manual ui workflow testing and looking for API or Automation testing Managers please respond on this can we ask this?

So it is impossible to have hands on project experience on Automation or api how will I grow i didn't know even coding forget all basic concepts sql evrything and how i can stand in market with this thrid class data entry skills which a 10 pass doing better then me
