Hello buddy, I am currently working on a support project and have learned ServiceNow development. I have also cleared external certifications related to ServiceNow Administration and Development. How can I secure a ServiceNow project through internal postings? Also how can I change the unit.?

Try IJP but even that has many criterias right now to even apply. Second is mobility. Check both of these.

Apply for ijp..but i would suggest switch to new org with new skillset..you get better package with knowledge!!
