Nothing as such criteria being followed

I served them as fresher from sept 2018 to June 2021 and left as senior systems Engineer @4.35 lpa

After 3 years I rejoined them as a consultant @17.5 lpa

It's all about demand supply if they need you and you have required skills nothing can stop 👍

Thanks for letting us know on this....so can u once again re confirm that are u sure they it's not a STRICT CRITERIA that mandatory 4 yrs should be done??.....like I'm future if we reapply to Infosys... In portal is there any option which tells us whether we are eligible to apply or not??

I have initiated E Separation 12 days before, and this notification came for me, and i have accepted it. And my manager also said that you can join infy again in future if you leave infy before 4 years. But I cannot do hard work with this low salary and it's demotivating me. So I've decided to leave.

I realised if we need more salary means leave Infy and join another company which pays a minimum 40% hike.

Thanks for the clarification.... Can u tell this thing that - rejoining again without completing 4 yrs is possible for everyone?? Or it depends upon SOME Factors?? If yes then what are those factors??

I joined infosys in sep 2024. Recently i visited e separation portal and it stated tha i won't be eligible for rehire as I'm initiating separation within less than a year from joining. I'm not sure about this 4 year policy. Some say it's there and some say it doesn't. I tried checking the policy documents as well. But they haven't mentioned about rehire policy anywhere.

No, I think the minimum requirement is 4 years. You can verify that by initiating the e-seperation from infyme portal. There will be note somewhere after initiating. But don't confirm the e-seperation.

I know that but is it they are following strictly ? There is no chance to join again?

When you leave, there is a rule for rehire to be set by your last reporting manager. If you have not served for 4 years, that will be defaulted as "No". The srpatation manager can not swich it on. This is a new rule, exactly when it started getting applied is not known.
